Terms Conditions

Invoicing

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

 

For domestic property reports: payment in full will be required before release of the report.

For all other projects: our normal terms are 14 days; different terms may be arranged, subject to prior agreement.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee on overdue invoices, plus interest at Barclays Base Rate + 8%. Should court action be necessary to recover outstanding debts, we will seek recovery of our costs involved, together with the interest.

Where large projects are undertaken which may last for a considerable length of time, we will submit interim invoices at pre-agreed stages, and these will be set out in our letter of appointment. The carrying out of further work will be dependent upon payment of invoices submitted, or payment in advance, where such has been requested.

Should payment not be received by the specified payment date, The Burrell Partnership will be unable to continue with the project until such payment is received, and will accept no responsibility for any costs incurred due to work being delayed as a result of this non payment.
